to add, most EcoD tuners seem to be using alientech power gates as the access device, not hp tuners and that process requires a bench tune to re key the ecu, once re keyed you use the power gate to load or remove tunes. If you remove a tune it pulls the key and you would need to resend in the...
Are those bolt on brackets wrapping around the whole frame tube and bolting through it? Did IR provide solid bushing to be inserted into the center of the frame to prevent frame crush from torquing the bolts down?
Don't they know, gold is the worst color for a car, no one wants to buy a used gold car. Plus it's just weird, trust me i know, my wife bought a gold civic years ago that inherited as my DD when she got her new car, and people still ask me what I was thinking when i picked that color....
Iron rock is known, it just depends on how/where they market. Iron was well known in XJ circles. Them moving to the JK/JT is a newer development because it's a new model and it takes time to develop products for new systems.
I am confused you want capitalism or want communism, the Chinese are just beating us at our own capitalist game that we like to put on a display and remind other how great it is. We pollute and treat worker just as bad, don't fool yourself.
these guys sell a DIY kit for everything but a jeep. Might be worth a call. There are 3d truck models used for production these guys could purchase and build a kit around.

Spacers work, just don't buy cheap parts store spacers or discount amazon ones from china. I recall some threads about spacers and good brands/designs to look for.
THanks for the update. I have dreams of someday finding a bigger heat exchanger to replace the OEM one.... It's hard to believe the mounting dimensions of ours is so unique that it can't be cross referenced to something similar.

Went you guys say Oil cooler, are you talking about the heat exchanger down by the oil pan drivers side of the engine?
Are you saying that whole assembly heat exchanger and oil filter housing has o-rings in it to seal against the block and those fail?
I would seriously look at the cost of new/used 241, and what a rebuilt 3022 goes for and review that number against a atlas. I don't think you are going to be that far off.
I would avoid anything with a clutch pack even if you can mess with it using a tazer and stick with a full mechanical...
I assume the trans cooler is integrated into the new CSF radiator?
I can't remember if you have any type of tune or not, but GDE's tune will let you run a 190 thermostat vs the stock 209 one. I have noticed running a 190 thermostat it gives the motor a little more headway and helps reduce temp...
establish a budget. If you only have $500 to spend that is going greatly impact your choices.
plan to spend 600 to 1500 for budget spacer stuff. Plan to spend 1500 to 3500 for good spring lift.
Labor costs not included.
For best impact i would pair a spring lift with recommended shocks from the...
