That's one of the beauties of the hamburger kit... It's near silent. The sc whine may be cool to show off with at Starbucks, but it get old to live with.

Is getting real now

The intake must come off to access the fuel rail for bigger injectors and colder plugs. A few other components like intake o rings have to be upgraded to deal with intake pressure

It's starting to come back together. The alternator gets mounted lower, just above the drive side upper control arm. A machined aluminum bracket hold the supercharger and alternator in place. The guys at Hamburgers really did their work well... some of the tolerances between moving components are tight! It looks factory.

Things are coming along nicely. This is the second one of these we have installed and there have been changes. The AC condenser now gets moved back about an inch closer to the radiator, freeing up a ton of room for the charge tubes. The directions say you can trim the condenser mounting tabs with it in the truck, but we opted to capture the R1234YF and trim the condenser on the bench. It got dressed and touched up with some paint and looks perfect.

A lot of people seem concerned about having to cut a part of the factory airbox off to make room for the charge tube. It was very easy to fabricate a steel plate to cover the hole. A few screws, some black silicone, and some spray paint, and it's all sealed up again.

The Install is complete and the finishing touches have been applied. The Jeep drives great. It is smooth and fast. The SC is silent except for a slight whine you can hear driving next to walls and parked cars, but even then you have to listen for it. Acceleration is now effortless, shifting is smooth and tight. The best way to describe the experience is like driving a high-end luxury car, like a Mercedes or BMW, there is enough power that it never feels like the engine is struggling. And when you stomp on it, there is a whooosh, the front end of the truck surges up and it just goes. Very pleased

Nice build!

A quick note, when stomping on the gas and front end raising, that is an indicator of needing to adjust your suspension. When stomping, you want want the rear end to slightly push up/forward and the front remain. This means more energy is being used to propel you rather than the suspension absorbing the energy(waste).
