1/3 of Unconnect screen dead

Got in the truck this morning = no issues, stopped and grabbed coffee for 2 mins and when the screen comes on I'm looking at this... a huge line taking up about 1//3 of the screen. Turned it on /off, car on/off ; no change.
This happen to anyone else?

I noticed that I had a problem getting into off-road pages with Apply play working. I had been driving for a few hours.. It seemed like it ran out of memory. I had to select it a couple of times to make it work... Does it fix itself when you cycle the ignition ? I think the software may have a memory leak.

key cycled a few times, same result. I might try to disconnect the battery and see if that makes a difference.

key cycled a few times, same result. I might try to disconnect the battery and see if that makes a difference.
Why not take it to the dealer? This sounds like a hardware failure to me

I plan to , they can't get me in until the 6th.
That's insane that they can't get you in for 2 and a half weeks. Then once you do take it in, they'll tell you they have to order the part and the cycle stats all over again.

Agreed.
22NOV Update: I disconnected the battery for 30mins last night, and upon restart it appears to have been resolved.
Just some slight burn in on the screen which should dissipate

I had a similar thing happen to me but on mine 1/2 the screen was dead. I turned the vehicle off and went hiking and when I came back and turned it back on it started slowly showing a faded photo of the backup camera view and home screen background then by the time I got home it was completely normal again slowly faded in, has been normal since. I have a 2021 JTR it's about six months old.
