Turned over 1000 miles this morning. After 2 weeks of ownership only 1 (non) issue. The auto start/stop warning light has come on a few times. Doesn't hang around after I restart the truck. That's it.
The "loose" steering took about 5 minutes to get used to.
Awesome ride. Averaging 19.1 MPG. in a 50/50 mix of city, hwy. Running the soft top for the summer. Pretty quiet, and the hands free handles the wind remarkably well. U-connect is outstanding.
Lots of comments from others (plan for extra time at the gas pump and Wal-Mart).
Wife was luke warm to the concept (she loved our Colorado), but now I have to pry the Jeep key out of her hands!
Planning on beefier tires soon (the Overland stock tires don't live up to the awesome design of the Glad.)

I picked up my Jeep on a Tuesday and by Saturday at 1:00 I already had 1000 miles on it. I like the way mine drives and rides. I picked it up with 12 miles on it and I already had the Mopar lift and 37 KO2s on it so I cannot comment on how it compares to the factory setup. I towed a small enclosed trailer to Florida and back to TN loaded with oak furniture. The chasis handled the towing well but it is somewhat underpowered for any real towing. I love my Gladiator regardless of it's towing abilities. If I want a tow rig I will get a used Super Duty with a 6.2. They almost pay you to take them off of their lot.

The auto start stop thing happened to me. Battery voltage issue from sitting at the dealer for some time. They charged the main and replaced the little aux battery which is used for starting.

*knocking on my head* Just hit 1600 miles after three weeks of ownership and no issues so far. Other than not knowing how to use the two rubber things in the freedom top bag.

I have just over 5,500 miles now fla, Oklahoma and back. M101a2 trailer pulled on fla trip, mileage on fla trip was not to good but had a full load on the way back. Oklahoma trip was at 19.6 mpg at 70, I had no wander on steering, no other issues, the adaptive cruise control is great, no blind spot indicator problems, sirus helped keep me aware for the 14 hours. I would buy again

3800 miles and averaging 20.2 MPG, 80% HWY driving. No issues to report other than a little air/wind whistling noise around the passenger door when going over 50 MPH. I’ll have the dealership service department look at the rubber seal around the door soon.
