12.5". Those tires are heavy enough & a narrower tire handles better on the road and works better in snow & mud. But if you like that wider look than go for the 13.5"I plan to run AEV Pintlers with 37 Ridge Grapplers.
I'm looking for opinions on getting the 12.5 vs. 13.5. I think the 13.5 will look better, but it is an extra 6lbs per tire.
Here you go.Do you mind snapping a photo from head-on down one side to see the profile of the tire outside of the fender?
The wheel offset plays more of a part in that than the tread width. The JK Pintler is +10, while the JL/JT Pintler is +25. The wheels I am running are are +11, so take all of that in to consideration. Thanks! I dont think I want much more than that sticking out.
Just in case somebody stumbles on this thread later down the road and is curious.

I have stumbled upon you. Putting the search feature to work. I'm moving up to 37's from 35x12.5, and didn't know if I wanted to move up to 13.5 also. Michigan snow and mud, so I think I'll stick with 12.5 for better traction. So much info in our forum. Love it. Oh and sorry if you didn't want this thread bumpedJust in case somebody stumbles on this thread later down the road and is curious.
