I'll be running a 12v 35 quart fridge. I don't think they draw much.
Depends on the manufacturer and specs. Some can have a 15a startup need with a 7a running draw. If you're running a fridge, you really need a house battery and/or solar. Running a fridge overnight on your starting battery can cause a no-start situation the next day depending on power needs (temps, fridge quality, etc...). It might work ok. But I wouldn't risk it.

I run it on a Jackery battery/solar panel when the vehicle isn't running. That's why I would power it only with ignition on.
