2020 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon driver seat heater and cruise control/ adaptive cruise control not working simultaneously

We recently bought a 2020 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon. The driver seat heater doesn't not work and the cruise/adaptive cruise control also isn't working. The dealership told us it was something simple and would fix the issue no problem. They have had it all day, and just called right before closing to tell us they couldn't figure out what the problem was and that the seat heater was what is causing the cruise control to not work, but can't figure out what is wrong with the seat. Has anyone ever heard of the two things being connected somehow, or ever had this issue?
