Apologies as I imagine this has been posted before, but I'm looking to get some aftermarket diff covers (current axles/covers are stock), and am a little confused by some of the offerings out there. As far as I knew (or thought I knew), Rubicons had Dana 44's on the front/rear. After a bit of looking, I'm now seeing specific covers for Advantek, HD, M210, M220, can anyone in the know at least explain which ones I should specifically be looking for?

Thanks for any help in advance

You need something for an m210 on front, and an m220 in back. They are both Dana 44 Advantek axles, but specifically, we have m210 front and m220 rear axles. Also, previous generation d44 covers won't fit.

I just bought a rough country skid plate for my front diff, which I have yet to install. I'll be getting some sort of slider for the rear soon. I don't crawl, but I just don't want to break anything.

What @NachoRuby said.

If you get confused looking at covers, just remember our Dana 44 Advantek covers are a 12 bolt design and the older D44 are a 10 bolt design.

And to throw in a little more info, the HD is just Heavy Duty.

Now, if you're going to want to get diff skids too, you need to see which diff skids work with which diff covers. The HD covers are the hardest to fit.

No matter which diff covers you get. You can reuse the oem diff cover gaskets.

I have the Dana Adventak covers in blue.
