I second (third, fourth,... tenth) the Clayton recommendations, .... including reaching out and talking to Clayton, because they actually respond.
I have both the 2.5" regular and diesel specific springs. I'm currently (for the last 70k mi) running mine with the regular springs, but I have the plastic bumper and no winch, and I like the current level... not much rake.
But If I was to put on a steel bumper and winch like you have, (which I'm contemplating) I'd switch to the diesel specific front springs (the back springs from Clayton are the same for diesel or gasser).
Clayton springs tend to give you a little more lift than advertised, so don't go overboard if you don't need to. I run 37's on my 2.5" lift (gasser in the front). Never rub.
