I second (third, fourth,... tenth) the Clayton recommendations, .... including reaching out and talking to Clayton, because they actually respond.

I have both the 2.5" regular and diesel specific springs. I'm currently (for the last 70k mi) running mine with the regular springs, but I have the plastic bumper and no winch, and I like the current level... not much rake.

But If I was to put on a steel bumper and winch like you have, (which I'm contemplating) I'd switch to the diesel specific front springs (the back springs from Clayton are the same for diesel or gasser).

Clayton springs tend to give you a little more lift than advertised, so don't go overboard if you don't need to. I run 37's on my 2.5" lift (gasser in the front). Never rub.

Get rid of the oem Fox shocks. Way under dampened in both compression and rebound.

I was the BETA tester for the Clayton diesel spring. It raised the front of mine up one inch. Also it's a stiffer rate than the oem spring.

If you're into replacing springs. Replace the bump stops too. I went with hydro bump stops from JKS with the adjustable spring seat. You can go with King or Fox too. I'm using Clayton 2.5" spring with the JKS set up. That gave me 4" of lift. Using Clayton 3.5" springs in the rear. The JT sits levels.

I added Sumo Springs, to replace the factory Bump Stops. They were a game changer
even before I changed out the Springs. You can get direct from the company or on Amazon.
Many options for different loads and front and rear specific.
