Hello,
2021 Jeep Gladiator High Altitude, bought used last week with 30,000 miles. Felt the truck was pulling on wheel. Took to pep boys today for alignment and front was right on and RR was in spec. They said the Left R toe was at -0.25 deg. They said they can't do anything because it's a straight axle. Do you think I was sold a truck with a bent axle or a problem? No shaking, no vibrations, just a slight pull in the wheel. Thanks for any help

Rotate the tires left right front and back .See if you get the same pull to the right . It could possibly be that it was out even more and the tires never were rotated.

They have no clue what they are doing or talking about then.
Toe can be split on these. you set total toe to spec, then split the toe between left and right.
Toe is set at the tie rod, centering the steering wheel is done at the drag link.
I'd run from that shop!

Pull is when you let go of the wheel and the truck wants to veer left or veer right.
In your case - it COULD be just that the steering wheel isn't centered and you are trying to make the wheel centered causing the truck to go not straight.
So pick a flat straight road with no crown at all, get it going STRAIGHT and loosen your grip on the wheel - no matter if the steering wheel is straight or not. Does the truck want to keep going straight but the steering wheel is crooked?
If so, it's not pulling.
Pulling is where you try to make it go straight but it's constantly wanting to go a different direction.

No, you do NOT have a bent axle or any problem.
You just need to go to a good alignment shop that knows what they are doing.
They need to center the steering wheel, set toe and move on.

IF it's truly a pull, meaning it wants to veer to the left or veer to the right no matter where you have the steering wheel - you can try swapping the front tires -left front to the right, right front to the left. If it now pulls the other direction, it's a tire issue.
If the alignment is right, it's not a bent axle!

unreal that a shop would talk like that. Amateurs..........
They CAN set the toe and center the steering wheel. Heck, I do it at home.

I thought he said the toe that was off was on the rear axle not the front. I'm curious to hear what the dealer found. Sounds to me like something on the rear might be bent.
