Every time my wife and son see that thing they refer to it as "Pimple Mountain".I have a personal goal to find a way to the top of Pilot Mountain, or Pilot knob which is a part of the Great Smoky Mountains.
Exactly!Every time my wife and son see that thing they refer to it as "Pimple Mountain".
Ah that would have been sweet. FE with no sense of adventure ?Exactly!
So once I was flying back to Campbell from Ft. Bragg and went right past it. Decided to try and do an aft wheel landing on it. Got down to like 5 feet then the flight engineer said to wave off, then, "Please can we just go home without breaking anything."
Icon Rebound Pros. What's the poke on those? I've got a set in black for my Sport S sitting in the garage. Finally, I ditched the cheapo plastic wheel center caps.
I didn't like them to begin with.
Secondly, I didn't much care for them
Next, they served no purpose and were cheaply built.
Finally, I didn't like em'!

It's personal preference.I know some of the most expensive wheels don't always have a center cap, but mentally when I see a missing center cap it just make me thing something fell off or isn't finished. That's just me.
If you're asking my opinion, well, they were super cheap, ordered through my website and they were real DOT bead locks...What's not to like?Icon Rebound Pros. What's the poke on those? I've got a set in black for my Sport S sitting in the garage.
More curious about the poke on them. I know they are DOT approved. Happen to have a rear view or front directly on picture? If you're asking my opinion, well, they were super cheap, ordered through my website and they were real DOT bead locks...What's not to like?
I shoulda purchased black...
I aired them down to nothing and they hold onto the tire pretty well!
Oh, backspacing/how much they push the tire outboard, copy. Did you go back to the page where I first installed the wheels? Should already be a bunch of pics of the slightly widened stance.More curious about the poke on them. I know they are DOT approved. Happen to have a rear view or front directly on picture?
