2023 more expensive less options

It looks like Jeep took away fox shocks on the rubicon trim, but left it for the mojave. Can anyone confirm this?

The top imagine with the red shocks are from the model year 22 and the non red shocks are from the 23 model year page.
Theirs also some information about the rubicon fox shocks removed from the 23 model year but is on the 22 model year. Another cost saving?

Yesterday I looked at a 23 Rubicon Gladiator and no Fox Shocks, red shocks like the Wrangler Rubicon. $67,900 MSRP. Man that new 2023 Chevy Colorado ZR2 is looking better all the time.
