Will a 37 fit on a stock steelie?

Looking to get wheels and there are currently 4 in stock. Know that a couple 37s fit under the bed but it seems most people are mounting them to matching wheels. I don’t care about rotating in the 5th so I’d like to keep the stock steel spare and throw a 37 on it.

Any one else do that? What tire did you use?

I have a 37x12.5 on the stock steel spare under my bed. It's a nitto ridge grappler with 35 psi in it. The guys at discount tire mounted and put it under the bed but let me know it still wiggled a little and that was the best they could do. I got it home and lowered it down and back up and wiggled it into place while my wife cranked it up into space. Sits great, thought for sure I would need to air it down or a Clayton track bar but nope sits perfect. In between the frame rails as well.

That's not a 38" tire. It's a Deegan 38 which is the model of the tire. The tire itself is a 37".

37 ko2 will fit on a steelie. I am upgrading to the 37s for when I pick it up. Im to cheap to buy any new rims so 4 rubi and a steelie

I mounted a Falken AT3 37/12.5./17 on a stock steel wheel as a spare, fits under the bed no issues fully inflated.

*side note i might just order a quadratec Tactik 5 spoke with the correct size and BS
