Hey guys, I have a 38x12.50r17 Nitto Ridge Grappler (Load C) spare tire that i'm trying to fit.
I moved my exhaust as far forward as I could to gain some clearance there as it was touching the tire.
I've removed the heat shield though I might try to bend / cut / fanangle something back in there. I heard the exhaust doesn't get hot enough this far back to melt the rubber, thoughts?
The tire doesn't fit between the frame rails and is sitting up against them though....maybe since it's a 12.5" tire not a 13.5" tire this is acceptable?
The tire has millimeters of space between it and the Clayton bent rear track bar...is this good enough? Technically the track bar should only move up and down.
Thoughts? Should I run this? I want a spare with me and I don't want to waste space in my bed.
