8’4” x 10’ - Feasibility for an inexperienced tower

Hello, a neighbor has an 8’4” x 10” aluminum worthington trailer that he’s used for his snowmobiles but has since gotten out of riding. The trailer is only a few years old and in great shape. It would cost me less than half of what I planned to pay for a much smaller general utility trailer but I don’t have much experience towing anything beyond smaller trailers. Even then, it has been years.

Would an 8’4”x10” be a pain to manage? Any huge disadvantage? I could sure make use of that space but don’t want to commit to something that would be better used by someone with lots of experience.

Should be very easy to manage, that is still a pretty small trailer, actually the longer the trailer the easier it is to back up as they react slower to turns.

If the bed of the trailer is above the wheels I wouldn't want it. Utility trailers keep the load low so less chance of flipping on a curve. Snow mobile trailers are usually above the tires so you can get two of them on it. Not the best set up but that's the way they make them.
