Nice rig! Sure looks like you are having fun with it too.

Now, without trying to get political, I dont know how anyone puts up with the car tax structure in VA. I think its blatant govt theft and I would probably just ride a horse
They use it to keep the grass mowed.

I didn’t realize this was a thing. Recently have had some noises from back right when first starting out for the day and it was bothering me. So it’s normal?
Yes. It is the shock for sure. I confirmed this when i have it apart and installing the AEV 2” spacers.

Any issues with the weight messing with the window seals? Wondering if they might take a set over time
No. I initially had them padded with some thick adhesive back rubber, but that didn't stay on very well. So I added some foam pipe insulation and there have been no issues.

I've decided to embrace the squeeks as a badge of honor....sort of announcing, "that's right, I've got a good suspension setup over here".... and it's working so far.........
I used a pool noodle cut to proper length to fit my brackets and haven't had any issues with hanging doors messing up the rubber window seals. I only have the doors off for a few weeks to a month at a time so maybe longer term would be more impacting. I just like having my doors on more than having them off ha.

Can you share the details on your undercarriage cleaning process?
IMG_2816.jpeg
Sure looks great!
Light coat of Fluid Film may work good on the raw cast pieces.
I foamed it with Chemical Guys and then pressure washed it off.
Let it dry and then went over everything I could see and reach with Chemical Guys Barebones and a microfiber cloth.
Let that soak and cure and then wiped it all down with a clean dry microfiber.

I haven't figured out if is the shock or my old bones yet. Hoping it is the shocks.
