Aftermarket front bumper that uses both the OEM fog lamps and OEM red tow hooks?

Anybody know of an aftermarket front bumper that uses both the OEM fog lamps and OEM red tow hooks?

LoD Stubby will accept stock fog lights, unfortunately not the tow hooks. But, you can use the stock Rubicon skid plate with it. So that was worth giving up the to

w hooks. And I can just get some red shackles.

@TallGuy was able to modify his RR Arcus bumper to retain the red tow hooks, and it already accepts the factory fogs. I have the bumper as well but didn't do his mod.
