In my opinion, this is the only thing they missed on the Gladiator and the JL for that matter. It seems to me like a huge no brainer that if you are sitting out in the sun in your Jeep product that cool air be blowing across your backside would be like heaven on earth.

I don't know the best but I know Katzkin offers cooled seats. Katzkin is very popular among Jeep members for their good quality customized leather seats

I bet you it has more to do with the interior having to be water resistant. That's why there's no power seats and it's all manual. I would think heated seats would have the same issue though? It would be in FCA's interest to add another profitable option IMO.

Not many offer air conditioned seats.
Ventilated yes, which is just a fan than blows air through perforations in the seat.
Yes heated seats are individually controlled.

My behind enjoys both features.

A local installer tells me that katzkins cannot make air conditioned seats for the Gladiator. They said there is not enough room under the seat. Anyone else experience this? Is there a workaround? I would really love to cool my backside with the doors off!

My Mustang 5.0 and BMW 440i convertible both have heated and ac seats. Don't think I'd want them in the JT or The wrangler I had. Heated or Cooled seats.

My wife’s Infiniti has air conditioned seats. I’ve tried it a few times and it just makes me feel like I wet myself. That cool sensation feels more like a wet sensation to me lol. To be clear, I’ve never wet myself but it’s how I imagine it would feel.

That's funny you say that because when I test drove my 5.0 the salesman turned them on without me knowing and it's raining that day. I kept feeling around the window to see if it was leaking. He asked me what I was doing and I said, "I think waters leaking in", he was like, "it's the AC seats" I felt pretty dumb after that

I have heard that the airbag sensor is the issue with katzkin. There is a video about it.

I bought these from Amazon and put in my JT and Ram. They work remarkably well for the cost and I haven't been disappointed. They are no where as good as the ones I had in my WK2 Overland, but have kept me from getting bad swampass.
