Thats why I went with an Alu-Cab canopy top. I can access everything from the sides and don’t need any slides.
I have a soft cover, so I just roll it back 😄

But If decide to get a topper, I could see some merit in something like the TMat that would allow me to pull some things a little closer - since the topper I am looking at has enclosed compartments on both sides.

OCD is a real thing I guess, I don’t like to pack and organize, just throw and go. Its why I have a truck bed. 🤣😂🤣😂🤣
My 'load out' varies too much right now to have a lot of bed organizaiton.

Well, I have my molle panels down the sides where the 'all the time' stuff lives. Recovery gear, etc. Things in the truck 100% of the time.

But the bed floor itself? Always a different mission going on.

Even if I'm camping, I'm probably reorganizing boxes and bags to fit that specific trip.

75 miles to Sam’s Club. 45 miles to the nearest Wally World. When we go we buy supplies. Camping with my wife. I pack most of the house and then some for her. This is my little set up

Now, before I commit to this roller slide.
Can you pull a 150 quart cooler full, out to where you can reach it?
If so I’ll save a few dollars

Who are you asking? I don't know, I don't have a 150 quart cooler to test that with, I have a fridge in the back seat. Tmat rates their system to be able to pull the mat out with 250 lbs on it. I am sure a roller system slide can handle more than that, but I'll leave that for someone who has experience with one.

Here is a video of a guy sliding his with a loaded fridge and quite a bit of other junk behind it.

That Iceco APL55 he has weights near 70 pounds empty. Approaching 100 full. Plus the other stuff.

And at the beginning of this video this fella can drag his ole lady out pretty easily but I figure her to be only about a bill forty if she was soaking wet 😂

he did an update video as well. I guess they sent him the second generation. He put it in. Not sure if it’s pure marketing or he likes it enough to run a second gen but if someone goes for the second gen after the first that’s a pretty good endorsement of a product. I’m looking into it now that I’ve seen it.
