Anyone have chips on their rear fenders?

I was washing the Jeep yesterday and noticed a small chip on the rear fender, right above that clear plastic protection piece. I also found one on the rear door hinge.

My guess would be that they happened when I took my overland running boards off for a few weeks. I have not been off road yet so it’s gotta be from rocks being kicked up. I recently put the RB’s back on for this very reason. I could hear the rocks kicking up from my tires and knew some had to be hitting paint and not just the undercarriage.

Pretty common thing for those areas to get debris chips. Mud flaps and/or additional clear protective film is about the only preventative measures
