Anyone have LoD Bumpers?

1. How hard to install? What model JT? Mine will go on a Mojave.

2. Doing research on them one guy on the forum said they were rust buckets. Anyone else have that issue?

3. If I get them it will be a Full Width Signature Series front bumper as well as the rear bumper---anyone have that set up?

I have the front bumper you are talking about. Scored it used on marketplace for $500

previous guy had it on a JLU diesel. Bolted right up to my base Sport and your Mojave should be the same. Be aware that it is heavy and once you add the winch the front will drop.

parts of the skid plate are a little crusty but bumper itself is fine. I think previous guy had it on his JLU for maybe one winter at most. This is a beefy, high end bumper that uses quality metal and welding work. Wayyy better than those crappy $300 chinese eBay bumpers I see on so many JK/JL Wranglers around here. No idea what forum guy is on about.

install is easy, everything is on the lod website. Strongly recommend getting the optional frame tie in brackets, esp if you plan on using it to flat tow.

Edit: also you may need to buy these fog light brackets if you have factory halogens. Jeep is dumb and has like 3 different designs for fog light brackets, 2 of which won't work on this bumper. Keep that in mind.

Also running the fog light wiring through the bumper is a PITA and best done BEFORE you put the bumper on the truck. Ask me how I know :|

I have both front and rear, on a Mojave. As @badger719 said, it will drop the front a little. Add a Warn winch, even more.

I reused the Mojave skid plate, it fits with no issues. The towing brackets do not fit due to the external reservoir hose bolt bracket on the Mojave shocks, this is the only issue I have with it. You could relocate the shock reservoir hose bolt or grind the bracket a little if desired and keep the strength I think.

I have no rust or finish issues on mine and they have been on since January 2021. Very happy with them and would not buy anything else.

Yes, the previous owner had them included. I would've bought them seperately from the LOD site even if he hadn't though since I plan on using the bumper rings to flat tow the JT behind my RV conversion bus.

I was running the LOD signature shorty on my Rubicon. Install was easy, even by myself. No rust issues, but I do live in TX. Sold the JT, and now the bumper is just sitting in the garage, for sale...
