My intent originally was not to install a leveling kit since it’s a pickup and the rake is functional. After seeing a number of leveled JTs, it does admittedly look better to me. I’m considering the Rancho leveling kit (1.5” front only). Is anyone currently running this kit who can share their experience with it? I could not find any threads reflecting longer term experience with the kit. TIA

Kind of an apples/oranges thing.

I had a Rancho short arm kit with coils on my JKUR and it performed very well. The parts were well engineered. Support was strong. Rancho has been around for years and will not be soon fading into the sunset. Directions for install were perfect.

A puck lift is easy stuff with not much impact on your vehicle. It was the first kit on my JKUR.

TLDR: Should be a good kit.

I just got mine this week. Waiting on rear RS5000x shocks. Planning on running 275/65 R20s on stock high altitude wheels.

I put 285/65/20s on my HA. No rubbing with Rubicon take off springs and shocks. Looking to put a small lift.

Did you replace all the springs with the Rubicon take-off or just the front? What is the difference in the ride? I picked up a set off Marketplace for my 22 HA, but haven't put them on yet.

I replaced all four springs and shocks. I think it made the ride less floaty. I have since added an AEV 2” lift. Rides real good, no change in comfort.

This is the perfect setup for truck stuff, jeep stuff and looks (until you need more lift, of course).
