Most of it comes from the bottom of the front tires, side steps or long mud flaps will keep the sides cleaner.
I was afraid of that. I'd rather not put mud flaps on it, but might put some weather tech on since I can take them off pretty easily in the spring.

Last weekend, I had a 6" fender-berg on my rear fenders from the slush being thrown up.

My stock front wheels and tires fling a TON of stuff up on the side of the truck. Its a Mojave so the slightly greater (lesser?) offset may be part of the issue.

I'm hesitant to put flaps on. years ago I ripped a set off my Montero while backing off road. Plus these XR extensions are stupid cheap. So I'll try them first.
i just put a set of rockblokz on a few weeks ago. up here in the snow, the sides were a mess. now its pretty minimal. plus they are quick disconnect if you need to that them off. it would take you longer to walk around to the 4 flaps then it would to take them off if you were offroading.

I hear fronts are available now, but rears are backordered. Any one try to line up on the fronts yet? On a Rubi?

I put 250 miles on my Jeep over the last day on unplowed back roads. Exhausting. And I could see the snow flinging up past my drivers side window.

I'm realizing that I dont' need to fender to go out more. I need it to go down. So I'll pick up a set of front mud flaps.

Picked the JL extensions up today from the dealer. Here are some pics of the front on my Diesel Gladiator Rubicon. I just popped the center of the plastic rivets out with a small screw driver and then used the older style christmas tree plugs to reattach the new extensions for now (shall see how they hold).

I will see about fitting the rears tomorrow. They could probably be put on just by drilling a few holes in the extension since the holes don't match the fenders of the Gladiator but I need to play with the fitment to see if the rears need to be heated and bent a bit.

Awesome. I ordered mine. Fronts should be in next week. I think it will look great on a black JT.

Anymore pics during the day? Do all the holes like up perfect for fronts?

Yup all the front holes lined up, didn't have to drill anything anbd the christmas tree plugs seem to be holding just fine ie don't need to get the plastic rivets. However I think for the rears the plastic rivets will be necessary. I didn't get to the rear install yet as I am waiting on the right side to arrive this week.

Decided to install the one rear I had. I needed to drill a few holes in the extension. Used one plastic rivet in the middle and Christmas tree plugs for the rest. Little bit of a gap in the corner. Will take a shot from the rear later, forgot.

Not ideal as they are small but easy to replace when something else becomes available.
