What do you think of it, happy so far? Is it worth the price?

I haven't decided if it's worth the price, but you can get 15%off today.

Takes more space than the 275, also gets warmer while transmitting. Otherwise, the extra power may make a difference if you are far from someone but still want to talk to them. But how often does this happen?

I want one but run the 275 and have yet to find a reason to replace it. The extra power doesn't help me on the trail when half the group is on handhelds anyway. I just like the form factor of the HHCH.

I went with a radiodiddy mobile unit. 25w, very programmable and only $109.
