Yes. I've got to be a good son.
I'll be putting a topper on mine as soon as I can get one. So keeping a step stool in the cargo area is easy. I'm really going to have to control my desire to have everything I might need with me. The topper incents me to haul all kinds of crap around.

I have been using this RIGID tool box for years. Funny thing, not for tools. I keep radios and light spare items in it. Cool thing is, it doubles as a step... Makes for easy access to the bed as well.

I can put alot of weight on it, it is waterproof and easy to handle. For a couple times a year, this might be a handy solution that can have multiple uses.

I have the MOREs and my wife loves them. Initially it was pretty painful, but I only ordered two. In the last 8 months there is only 1 instance in which I should have taken them off. Your potential contact patch is down to just a few inches unless you are sliding on the whole rail. Frankly, I don't even notice them now and it keeps the look.
