I received some information today on the two Teraflex spring options and I likely will be going with one of the two. I have the Mopar lift now but want a little more height. I’ve been told the Teraflex lifts are a bit bigger than advertised. Does anyone have either the Teraflex 2.5 or 3.5 inch lift kit on their RUBICON and could get me the center of hub to bottom of fender measurements both front and rear. Thank you in advance!

While deciding on my Teraflex lift I searched for the same info and found it very difficult to find, so am happy to help. I’ve got an RT2 lift which uses springs in front and a 1/2” spacer in the rear. Center of wheel to bottom of fender measurements on my Rubicon are 25-1/4” front and 24-1/8” rear.

Is it true that the teraflex lift squats slightly in the rear? I don't love tons of front rake but I absolutely dont want it squatting. Just asking since I am in the $3k ballpark in budget for a lift 2.5"-3" lift and having trouble deciding.

it's down to teraflex, rock krawler, and clayton.

I haven’t got any extra weight in front or back and mine sits level. A level across the bed rails shows it’s perfectly level. I’ve heard of some guys they will use an extra 1/2” spacer from Teraflex in the back if you want a little rake or have extra weight out back.

AEV offers a 2.5 spring lift and it keeps more of a factory rake with no squat

Clayton all the way. Their 2.5" kit gives a Rubicon 3.5" front and 2.5" rear lift.
