FCA has been experiencing issues with the VM diesel, so I think they will hold off putting them in JTs. If they open the assembly plant for a couple weekss, maybe it is to build some Mojaves. Dealers seem to have a lot of stock in the other models, other than max tow Sport S models. If buyers are being more cautious than usually, the high end models won't sell fast (Rubicons, Norths). However, the shiny new penny, the Mojave, will probably enjoy some sales.

I ordered a custom Overland 3/15. On 3/31 my dealer told me a VIN was assigned. All that really means is FCA intends to assemble my truck sometime after plants go active again. My dealer opined that Jeep will give priority to "sold" orders.

That's really interesting about the $1500. Is there any fine print about excluding Rubicon or requiring you to take posession by April 30th?

There is fine print in the offer which says Rubicon is excluded (sorry!)

I believe the offer expires 4/30 but it does not say "take delivery by" but I think it's implied.

It says the offer is stackable with other rebates/incentives and is valid for lease or purchase.

So far myself and 1 other friend have received one. Not clear how we were selected. My friend signed up for Jeep info at the Philly auto show. I submitted requests for information on Gladiator via the Jeep website while I was shopping around last month.

This program offers eligible consumers a Cash Allowance applied toward the retail purchase (Type Sale 1 or B) of eligible vehicles to residents of the states and counties listed in the BUSINESS CENTER BOUNDARIES. Valid: 4/1/2020 to 4/14/2020​

So this is a regional program, may not be available in your region. But I'm told $2750 rebate now on Gladiator plus the $1500 private offer is $4250 in total rebates to 4/14. With the FCA lease program you can sign and drive a Sport for $249/mo -- Beat my march price by $75.

Incentives are great for trucks on the lot, and I certainly hope they are effective. Getting Jeeps on the lot sold will make it that much more likely that Jeep will work hard to get production going again. Then I will be able to get my order filled!

I don’t think so.
We have two Jeeps in the garage and our offer was only for $500.

I doubt they will be better. The infrastructure to support sales is barely in place. Manufacturer is not producing any new inventory. A giant bailout is about to come down they need to continue to demonstrate hardship. Plus, I don't see how you can get much better then the incentives + terms already available for Gladiator.

They are already offering a 0% for 84mo with deferred payments option to buy.

Does anyone know if they will offer 0% on the gladiators?
