Can we swap shocks directly between rubicon JL and JT?

Weight and spring rates are different.

Can't answer your question as to whether you can put JL shocks on a JT. But I wouldn't.

Fronts are interchangeable (probably not the same valving though), rear are different and jl/jt specific
I can confirm this. Fronts are direct swap. Rears are different upper bolt size and no spacer like the front. I ran fox 2.5 performance elites on my wrangler before purchasing and swapping to my gladiator (i had Fox swap out the bushings). No perceived difference in ride quality using the same shock on both platforms.

I ran the JT shocks on both my 2020 Willys and 2018 Rubicon and found they worked great for street and light off road
The only difference was the rear upper shock mount. I made bushings/ spacers to make them fit
There are shock manufactures that make one shock that fits both the JL &JT and provide bushings / spacers for the rear to fit a JL ( That's where I got the idea to run the JT jeep fox 2.0 on my JL jeeps )
I have moved on with lift kits and fox 2.5 shocks and selling the 2.0 with the rear bushings

For the Fox 2.5 Elite shocks the bushings can be easily swapped out and you can buy them directly from Fox and they are inexpensive...
OP, was this a general question or were there specific shocks that you wanted to know about?

I found a set of NitroCharger OME shocks for JL' up to 2024. If possible I would definitely put those on the gladiator if they will fit. Then I would need to know if the OME JL springs would work on the
gladiator.

The rear shocks won't fit and they probably don't have replaceable bushings. The Rear springs will not fit either...

Funny that people think the shocks are so specifically valved for weight. The same shocks come for every JL variant based on lift height be it 2dr sport or heavy built 4dr. I guarantee there's more weight difference between the base 2dr sport and our built JLUR with armor, winch, steel bumpers, and 39s than there is between it and my JT mojave. Hell the JLUR might even be heavier than most gladiators. Unless you're in to custom tuned shocks from accutune, etc they simply aren't that fine tuned.

Just put shocks on a gladiator and a 2 door wrangler this weekend, both 2020's. Rancho RS7mt. Fronts were the same part number, rears were different.
