Buckeye here. Traded the beast Ram 3500 dually for a Sport not even 2 weeks ago. Anyways, I don't care if it gets pinstripped but I'd prefer to take the by passes unless they are doable. I'm old school with many Jeep and other off road miles.

Kind of a silly question for anyone in here with a white Mojave? I was in Chino Valley yesterday coming home from Williams, I got stuck in a hail storm. The ice beads were between pea and marble sized. I tried to take shelter under a tree, but still got lit up fairly well. The hood and top got the worst of it.

The question, does your hood seem unsmooth or orange peel textured? I am just trying to determine if there was small amounts of damage and the surface is already so "lumpy" that it is hard to tell if I have small dings or it looks normal. Can anyone take a close look at their hood and see if they have the same sheetmetal uniformity (textured) or is it smooth as glass like I'm used to on most vehicles?

Hey y'all, life whacked me in the balls and I found myself laid off at the middle of November. (Classy act on the part of my former employer, shitcan someone before the holiday.) Anyways, I'm back to work and I realize I am not going to be able to schedule weekday time to service my Gladiator so I decided to do the service myself retaining all receipts and using OEM filters in the process. I wanted to use a Fumoto valve but they just seem like too much liability with the way the oil pain is positioned. I opted to go with this for a quick drain oil plug, seems like a winner. CNC'd Stainless with triple o-rings and a low profile cap system. I will update after I replace the factory drain plug.

Not sure if you ever got a response to this, but I went through something similar and thought I too had some damage. I have a white Rubicon not a Mojave, but I determined it is just orange peel and not damage from the hail.

I didn't, but I started looking at random JLs and JTs in parking lots like a weirdo. I surmised that the average Jeep finish looks like the surface of a steel drum. ? Thanks for the response my friend.
