Hah, no. I went to bed after and then had to work. I am taking a look at lunch though. Obviously I was making fun of the post, but also kind of wanted to give some attention to the extra bits I had to give out.I bet he's still watching the comments!
Nice. Sounds like you had the standard range. Not sure I would want one of those either. We still have a ICE RX for road trips if they are too far away.Enjoy
I had a Ford lightning as a rental. Great vehicle, lots of room, quiet, comfortable, fun and responsive to drive. The less than 235 miles max range (with heat and ac off) was a deal killer for me. We take a lot of road trips. If somehow forced into an electric, I think Hybrid is still the only way I'd go. I have a 2011 Lexus Hybrid I bought new that now has 240k miles on it, 48-53mpg and still going strong. My kids have been driving it for 4 years.
Funny, I’m not a ‘Ford guy’, but I think my neighbors now think I am….I’ve always been a ford guy and truly hope the Lightning weekend for you!
There’s some awesome deals right now. Basically think 10% + off MSRP on Dodge/Ford/GM. I was cross shopping ICE for a bit before settling on this. Another nice thing is the financing is getting aggressive (0% for 60 months at Ford for example).ive been toying the idea of letting mine go too, but I am thinking between Ford Crewmax of some sort (tremor), or a power wagon. Just starting to get a little cramped for my family. Children are getting bigger and need more room.

Internal Combustion Enginewhat is ICE?
Maybe but not really when you run out of battery out in the middle of know where. I’ll take the real truck. An electric gladiator would be pretty sweet. Probably more reliable too
A responsible driver doesn't get stranded in the middle of nowhere due to a lack of fuel. They know and work within the limitations of their vehicle, whether it be petroleum or electric powered.Maybe but not really when you run out of battery out in the middle of know where. I’ll take the real truck.
