Jerry has a thread on how to bypass things.......

Pretty simple if you never allow ESS to function. Just run the electronics from the crank battery.
Pull the fuse that operates the PCR so the PCM never wants to check the aux battery voltage when you start it.
Best to pull the N3 fuse as well, just to keep things tidy electrically.

Everything you can think of has been done here by those who know what/how.
(and if you are worried about being stranded - that's another thing amplified by the internet and by those who shade-tree things and can't figure out how to jump such systems)

Thanks Guys, another post on Stop Start got me thinking... Yes..When the Auto Stop/Start battery dies .. it will be Dead from then on.
