Are there auxiliary wires in both the engine bay and under the glove box? How do you not wire up 2 different things to the same switch?

Yes, there are leads in both locations - so that you can power interior or exterior accessories, or both. As long as the combined draw of all the accessories is lower than the fuse rating for that switch (either 15A or 40A) you're fine.

I guess the question is, how do you identify which wires are which, so you don't accidentally wire to the wrong switch, or multiple things to the same switch, if using both the engine bay and footwell leads?

I have front-mounted lights wired to the engine bay leads, and interior radio and air compressor wired to the footwell leads. No problems, just use the color codes.

There is also 2 outputs under the passanger for power. I think 10 or 15 amps one full time on and the other while running.
Used it for a 2nd 12v out let in the back.

Are you saying there are two 12V power wires under the passenger seat in addition to the 4 that are part of the Aux Switches?

Under the dash where the 4 wires for switxhes are.
If you don't have the Aux switches from the factory, I do not believe you get those two "extra" wires. You can add the OEM Aux switch kit that has the 4 wires under the hood and also at the passenger side firewall area like the factory installed version, but it does not include those two wires. I added the Mopar switch kit and dont recall seeing those 2 wires.

Mine came as a factory option with the switches. Maybe its part of that option.

If it came from the factory with the auxiliary switches, there will be the 4 switch wires by the battery, the 4 switch wires in the cabin - AND a wire that goes to ACC power and another that goes to battery power.
