Ok so I searched and did not find anything specific to this question here in the forum, and yes I might have still missed it... Google and all the wonderful AI nonsense wasn't any help either.
Simple question(s).
If you do not have the factory 4 button switch panel, is the factory wiring behind the panel in place to add one?
I know you'd still have to program it but can you buy a Mopar OEM switch panel and connect to factory wiring?
E.g. did FCA put the wires in place for it even though the panel is not there?
Hopefully I've made the question clear enough 😂.
Also, if anyone knows, is the wiring in place for the factory bed power plugs? Essentially same type of question just for another location.
Appreciate any assistance.

No, wiring is not already there. You will have to buy the mopar kit that includes the switch panel plus wiring harness and run it yourself. Worst part is getting the harness through the firewall into the cab but overall it’s a pretty straightforward process. There’s some reconfiguring of pins to tie in the new harness properly to existing connectors that is a bit tricky so you’ll want to do some homework there if you plan to tackle it yourself. I do not know about the bed power plugs.

I believe to have it like the OE came with, this is the kit you need. There are other switch systems out there that are better for similar cost FYI. I have the SPOD and it's a little bit more but very versatile and has 8 circuits with ability to add more and it's a cleaner look under the hood with terminals rather than loose wires. Also there's Auxbeam and other manufacturers that are similar and a fraction of the cost.

Not trying to sidetrack your question, but an option would be the lasfit aux panel. The wiring is easy, it looks factory, and you don't have to program anything. And because it's not wired to the computer, it has it's own fuses in a waterproof box.

My jeep came with the factory aux, so I only had to purchase the Lasfit Locker left and it gave me two extra switches. And still looks factory. If you bought both sides, that would give you 8 switches. The two locker switches are selectable. You can use them as locker switches or regular switches.

Again, not trying to sidetrack you or change your mind, just an option.

I agree with @Nate88cool statement about other switch panels. Now my JTR came with the factory Aux Switches and I won't knock them; but if I were doing it all after the fact I'd certainly be going a different way.

Here's another option that doesn't get talked about much but is a pretty brilliant solution. There is a 4 & 6 switch version:
https://triggercontroller.com/

I actually use one of these to control the House loads in the back of my Jeep:

What I really like about it is that you can control it locally with the buttons on the front of the panel, or with the RF remote it comes with:

Or with an app on your phone:

Before I had it mounted in my "electrical cabinet", I had it mounted under the hood. They sell a nice bracket for this mounting. I currently have one mounted under the hood of my 2016 JKUR to control it's accessories.

If you already have the factory inverter and outlet on the back of the console, the wiring should be there to install the bed outlet. @AllMoparParts.com sells a kit for about $300 with the necessary parts.
