Back up lights on after car is shut off

There's a whole lot of details missing.
Is it the factory lights or add-ons? Do you have a Tazer, or anything similar, installed? What modifications have been made?

I was thinking about that as well. Someone said you hit the lock button on the key fob in that case and the reverse lights will turn off. Hitting the unlock button 3 times on mine however, does not turn on my reverse lights.

Sorry about the lack of info on post. I notice at times that after dring and coing to a stop, getting out, and noticing that at times my left rear backup lights on, but yesterday it was both Backup lights on. After awhil the lights will go off. I do have a tazer, but I only tire/speedo correction and to kill the engine stop on/off function.

What firmware is the Tazer on? It had a known issue with this type of thing a year or so ago. Might need an update.

It's an always on feature of the Tazer. There was a bug a few firmware versions back where the feature wasn't working as designed. Definitely make sure you're on the most recent firmware and update if you aren't.

Key Fob Unlock x 3 = Turn on bed lights
Key Fob Unlock x 5 = Turn on bed lights/reverse lights
Key Fob Lock x 1 = Turn off all lights. Or lights will turn off on their own after 30 minutes.
