I had kind of lost this thread in the mix until tonight.
Much praise to @Metalcloak, and in particular Matson, for doing good things here.
I have a couple of their products under my JT and they'll definitely be my first stop when the time comes for more.

I love good people stories, and this thread lead me to find another one worth taking the time to listen to.

I could not agree more.

No surprise, @Metalcloak was amazing today. They talked through my situation, use case, etc, and reassured my every concern. They even went into their bay to tell me what press and cup sizes they use. At one point I said “Thanks, I don’t want to take up more of your time”. Their response was I’m done when you’re done. I’ll stay with you until everything is addressed. :) That’s customer service!

I stand behind @Metalcloak all the way. Never had a company call me two-three weeks later of buying something to check and make sure that the parts arrived safe and install went smooth. I have their rear sway bar frame braces, full control arm kit, front rear adjustable track bars and in the past ran their front sway bar disconnects until I made a switch to Apex Design just because I am lazy to disconnect them and not because there was an issue with metalcloak ones. Those disconnects from metalcloak served me well for 30k miles over two years. Quality parts and customer service that pretty much does not exist anywhere else.

They have definitely become an outlier, in a very good way. Thanks, @Metalcloak!

People Work?
Listening to the podcast last night, it quickly became apparent to me that this a company with a customer service culture that's very reminiscent of LL Bean and Cabelas from back in the day.
FCA/Stellantis could learn a lot from them.

I think Crutchfield gets to stay in this category of great customer service companies as well.

Edit: Can’t forget about Steersmarts. Their customer service is FANTASTIC.

As closure to this thread, the new knuckles and ball joints are in and working great. I neglected to update this thread accidentally. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Thanks to everyone here that spoke up, and thanks to @Northridge4x4 and @Metalcloak for your never ending support. You continue to exceed my expectations.
