My son and I were exploring trails around 395 and Mojave this week. On one trail, my son noticed a wet tire on the JT. My passenger rear brake line was leaking. Guessing I hit a rock perfectly, and it loosened the bolt enough to help drain my brake fluid down to near nothing. I had to descend using 4Lo in manual. Just curious, anyone run into this issue other than me?

A pic or two from the trip (Cerro Gordo):

Nice Truck. I usually bend the end links on the rear sway bar... I have a rock jock anti-rock now... lol..

Much harder to hit the brake lines. Are you sure the brake lines are long enough for your lift kit ? If you are using the long Falcon shocks in the back like me, they will go to 32" at full length -- that even stretches the extended brake lines.

Note: Teraflex makes a more extended brake line kit for the JT -- their brake line extensions were about 6 inches longer than the rear brake line extensions that came with the Clayton 3.5" lift kit.

Note2: Since I am using the rear Falcon 32 inch shock, I use both the Teraflex coil clamps on my rear springs, and I switched to the Teraflex "more extended" rear brake, abs line, emergency brake kit.

i too am upgrading from the clayton brake lines to the teraflex ones -- where did you source banjo bolt washers? the teraflex one did not come with them

any parts store should have bajo bolt crush washers. Either in copper flavor or aluminum.
