I can only agree with how fast it was getting built and shipped. Have read way too many nightmare stories about delays with more delays added and JB hell etc here. So I really can’t complain much about a little delay at the tail end here. And FYI I also worked in logistics, for 40 years, international freight(imports and exports), ocean freight, air freight and inland freight. Fascinating business. Hardly a day went by that I did not speak with someone in another country. Fun fun fun in my book.

Just got a text message from my dealership telling me that the train with my truck on it did in fact arrive at the destination rail facility today, just a 2 hour drive to the dealership. Hopefully I will be able to take delivery of truck early next week.

Very cool indeed to see a truck moving so fast (so far) - I hope it does indeed arrive at your dealer early next week. Sorry if I missed it in one of your other posts, but will this have a manual transmission? If so a couple of us would be very interested to know what your GVWR turns out to be (5800 lbs or 6250 lbs - should be listed on one of the door stickers).

Yes mine will be a stick shift. Will let you know what the sticker in door says once I get it.

How long does it typically take for the Gladiator to leave the factory. Mine has been in transit status ready to load on carrier for 9 days now. It only has a 6 hour trip to Maryland

Adding @JeepCares

I really can’t answer your question or give any comments as I got mine ordered and delivered in really record speed, about 6 weeks from date ordered to delivered to my dealership. I really had almost no time to question it sitting anywhere since it moved/shipped so quickly. Are you getting a base Sport model like I did?

Really depends on their scheduling and queuing up enough vehicles going to the same place. I have seen people's vehicles leave like next day after build and some take almost a month to leave.

Also, if you are getting current ship status from the Jeep Customer Service online chat, they seem to not status anything beyond "KZ" status code regardless making you think it still is in Toledo but actually is in transit. Your dealership can get more accurate ship status of where it is at.
