Bed not tightened? Lots of noise over bumps.

I have same issue I have tightened everything regarding tail gate. Tail gate don’t move at all and still box making a rumble noise even if I drive over pennies what the bloody hell is causing this

My springs squeak like they are 20 year old rusty garbage at every speed bump.
I had a 2017 year old Toyota that used to do that and they finally ended up replacing them. Only 15,000kms in. I hate it.

I’ll be checking my tailgate as I have this on and off, but only at slower over bump speeds. I thought I had it targeted when I found the plastic center caps on my aftermarket wheels weren’t quite tight enough..but it’s back and the caps are tight. Interesting issue. Simple fix yet annoying as hell.
