I didn't like the reviews on it. Sounds like a good concept with the safety of a jack stand built it, but it had a number of issues that need to be worked out. The glaring one is how you have to lower it, then how it has a tendency to lean to the left, and finally how it is constructed. Big no for me.
Yes, gotta love those Amazon reviews. They are always never paid off scams.

Here, suggest run this if you're going to quote Amazon reviews ...

I know a lot of them are paid reviewers, but those are usually pro product. When I see several reviews pointing out problems with a product, my caution flag flag comes out. I post reviews myself and I'm sure other buyers do as well. But... You're right, take it all in with a grain of salt.

then how it has a tendency to lean to the left,
I saw that just looking at the thing. The bottle jack has it's entire force being applied to the right hand side, forcing the stand to lean left. If used on a regular or semi-regular basis, I'd be concerned with fatigue in the cast parts of the stand portion.

Count me as a proponent of the safe jack. There are some things that a hi-lift will do that this won't, but for portability and safety, this has been my go-to. For trailer towing, I think it's a must.

Seems like enough consensus to make a valid point. I will possibly go that route. I would probably go the soft bag route... does the soft bag kit fit under the back seat?

I have the soft bag. I have not tried it under the seat, but I suspect it would not fit in the OEM lockable underseat storage bin. without the bin it may fit.

You can get into a variety of situations on the trail. I carry a small floor jack, a bottle jack with heavy plywood, Hi-Lift, and a jack stand.

This is the truth, once you have to replace a tire in the middle of nowhere in an off camber situation. You learn your lesson the next time on what recovery gear to carry.

The unijack may have some uses. However, you need enough ground clearance to fit it under the lift point, and room between the jacking point and tires, etc.
