Best time for wheel and tires to go on sale

First time.Jeep owner here, I purchased my Clayton 3.5" Overland plus lift kit and am ready to install.. I am ready to order my wheels and tires, when do companies have good sales? I want to purchase the wheel/tire combo I want, but am starting to settle with less due to budget constraints. Just asking because I am getting impatient, I don't want to settle for something less, and then see the wheels/tires I really want to go on sale

The one I really want are Method 703 bronze, -12mm offset 17 inch with 35 x 12.5 R17 Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T. My second choice is Vision flow in bronze same size same tires.

35’s are going to look small with the Clayton 3.5 lift, tire size and look are all subjective though. I don’t know how the MT Baja Boss measure out when mounted, but my 35 inch KO2’s (I know the KO2’s aren’t true to size) are pictured below and then with the 37 inch KO2’s.

Usually things go on sale right AFTER I buy them since I haven’t bought tires in a while it’s anyone’s guess when they’ll go on sale again. In addition to Off road source there is Discount tire who are sponsors here. Drop them a pm too.

A wise teacher once told us - if you go shopping for shoes and spend 3 days looking and find a pair that you really like, they fit well, and the price is affordable and you buy them, the find out that a day later they went on sale - did you make a bad decison?
No. You made the best decision possible based on the information available to you at that time. It was still a good decision.

So if you find tires you like and you can afford, buy them. Don't get upset if they go on sale next week. You couldn't have known that.
