Bestop Sun Rider For Hard Top ...................... In The Winter?

Fall is here in the wunderbar Nordosten , with Winter soon to follow.

Just picked up a Sun Rider.

How does it fare in Winter.

Or should I wait for Spring for install?

No different than having a full soft top all winter. You will be fine.

I can't comment on the snow and my truck is parked in the garage, but I leave it on all winter. You never know when that random occasional nice day will pop up and you just want to flip it back.

I kept it on last winter and I'll keep in on again this year. If I'm by myself and it's not too windy, I'll even just flip it then and blast the heat. It is always parked in the garage, but there were a couple times with snow on top and it was fine. Cabin heats up no problem with it closed.

I literally just purchased one and I was contemplating the same thing as far as removing it once winter fully sets in. However, now that it’s on I may not remove at all. I got the twill version it’s pretty durable it seems. Also my JT is garage kept anyways so it’s never out an extended period plus it’s not even my daily driver due to having a work car.
Mine is most likely staying on.

Of course you should use BestTop Sunrider in the winter. Heat on, top back, fresh adrenaline, free. My back window will be out till early.mid december. These Jeeps and soft tops are all about summer fun.

My IPTW didn't go to 55 IP, so we guessed.

Well designed, take it slow, engagement of the Bestop pins is critical.

Me thinks I'm gonna love it.

Nice as they are, the Freedom Tops were a pain in the tookus.

This is stupid easy, without the hassles.

Fit the Truckmaster design gutters just fine!
