I apologize for the fact that you had to deal with the trouble, but thank you for giving us the chance to make it right. I hope you get a lot of use and enjoyment out of it, it is a great product!

I had the same issue as the other person – tabs wouldn't stay in after a dirt road, then once they had that fine dust on them, they wouldn't stay in when driving on the interstate, either. That person is lucky they ordered directly from you. I got mine from a local camper top place. Your phone tech support was nice but basically informed me I was SOL because of that. I had to return it to the store and pay their distributors 15% restocking fee.

It's identical to Gren71's pics up above. I have the tonneau on now (not the Supertop) with the Twill fabric. I'm trying to see if it's going to lay down nice in the corners. That's my only grip thus far but maybe with some more heat and time it will lay down better. Just installed this past weekend.
I put on the twill tonneau after my last camping trip and I feel lucky I didn't lose a couple fingers trying to get that sucker tucked in under the tailgate lip!

Mine has been on for weeks and the corners are just absolutely terrible. I feel like I did something wrong or there should be some way to attach the corners to the rail because it just doesn't look right. I need to take some pics.

Overall I am less than happy with the tonneau for the supertop 2, my JT came with the Mopar tri-fold cover which wasn't the best when you cram the bed full but it sure is a lot easier and more convenient to close than this Supertop tonneau! I don't ever want to open it up because I know how much of a pain it will be to close it back up each time!!

Lastly there is zero security, anyone can come along and just peel it open. I hadn't taken this into consideration initially. At least with the Mopar tri-fold cover it "locks" to the bed rail from the inside. Yes of course anyone with a knife could easily get into any soft tonneau, but in public if someone is opening the Bestop Supertop tonneau it doesn't look out of the ordinary like someone stabbing a knife into 1!

100% agree the corners for the super top 2 tonneau are terrible… looks like crap

I ordered premium twill on August 9th, and received this email on august 26th.
So.... .any time now? 20 business days will be Friday, but no telling.

"Hello James,
We know that you are excited to get your recent Bestop order, and we are working hard to get it to you. We apologize for the ongoing delay in shipment.
This peak season has been like no other, and we have experienced these delays due to very high demand.
Our current best estimate for delivery of your order is a minimum of 15 to 20 business days from today, plus shipping time.
In the meantime, we are doing everything possible to get your order shipped more quickly.
If you have any questions, our Customer Service team is here to help. You may call us at 800-845-3567 with specific inquiries. We recommend that you choose the “call back” option when it is presented on the phone. You should receive the call back in approximately one hour (we are experiencing extremely high phone call volume and wait times). We know that your time in valuable.
Sincerely,
The Bestop Team"

I'm having a hard time imagining that would be a good seller but my ears are always open.

I love it. Hummer style, isn't it? I also found this picture but it seems complicated to find a supplier. If anyone could help, welcome...

SO, Good news, bad news, good news.
Good news first, the twill top arrived Friday, with no missing parts and no shipping damage! Got home from work and started unboxing, parts counts, and install.
Bad news, ran into a hiccup with one of the rear corner pieces, it was missing two press brake bends needed for proper alignment of the tailgate bar.
Good news, I got the rest of the top on and it looks GREAT!
Twill-on-twill looks even better than I had hoped.
I've sent in my issue and info to the @Bestop customer service department for a warranty replacement part, as long as I've waited I guess I get to wait some more.
