I'm averaging 19-20 around town. Much better than I was expecting with all of the doom and gloom stories of bad mileage. Haven't had a chance to take a long highway trip yet.

Jesus. Are you by any chance in your 80’s and your gladiator is lowered on 30’s?

My Overland, lifted with springs and spacers about 1.25", General Grabber A/TX tires, winch and steel bumper and skid plate added to my Overland last two fills.
One fill was part of the trip back from CO to IA and the other was shopping and running errands around our rural hilly area - FillUp said 20.69 and the truck said 20.8, and today I filled the tank and FillUp said 20.71 and the truck said 20.7

Hills around here are often a grade of 3 or 4% with some 5s and some are long- like 1/2 mile where you go from just over 800 feet to about 920 feet elevation. As my wife says, it's all up hill leaving home and coming back home.
I have to drive about 12 miles to get to the east side of Des Moines. And it's hilly, winding.

These trucks actually do better putting around rural areas and suck over 75 mph. My best is about 45-65 mph.

Stock Overland here. 3.6 pentastar - with 87 octane. Just over 2,000 miles, mixed use. My average is 20.8mpg. I get about 24 on the hwy and 19 in town. I’m happy with that.

I do want to switch to all terrain and go up in size, but am curious how much it will impact mpg. I’m thinking of going from 255/70/18 all seasons to 285/70/18 Duratracs. How much difference have others seen in MPG?

I went from the stock HT Overland tires to
General Grabber A/TX 275/65R18

I have also run Falken Wildpeak A/T3W 285/70R17 off and on. I noticed a fair drop from the stock Dueller HT tires to the Falken tires. The drop from the Dueller HT tires to the Generals was not as big a drop, but still a drop.

I usually don’t pay much attention to my MPG’s. I usually average 6.5k miles a year in my DD. That being said, I picked up my Mojave 1 week ago today. 60 of those miles were highway back from the dealer averaging 16 MPG and the other 100 miles are suburban driving getting 13.7 currently. I DO NOT have a lead foot lol. I know this will get better with breaking in, but damn can’t imagine what it’s going to be when my 35’s get here.

Once I get a few K miles I’ll give an update.

I get pretty much the same. Stock sport S. I do run 93 octane and have since first fill up. Got 4500 miles on it now.

Mine gets pretty much the same as my Tundra did. Tundra was way bigger, way more power, and sounded baddass. The doors and top didn't come off and it did not look nowhere near as badass. The tundra was a bitch to park.
