Good Luck!! I hope they acknowledge the issue and take care of it. Going to the dealer for anything makes me cringe..... 😐

The brake system can not induce air into the system without a bleeder or line broke loose or running dry from a leak. I would recommend first checking all your caliper slide pins and if they are sliding smoothly then just gravity bleed each caliper. This will take time but as long as the master never runs dry it is impossible to induce any air into the system. Just start at furthest caliper from the master open the bleeder and let it gravity bleed. When doing a flush I run about the amount of the master through each caliper

I did not think so ether until I saw this video. Put it did.
After my jeep went into anti slip and my ABS came on I had air trapped in the ABS system and the only way I could get the air out was with an ABS bleed.

It is possible that air was trapped from the factory but I believe that the vehicle would have had a soft pedal from the start. It is more likely that one of the abs pistons did not return to their original position until reactivated with a flush or dirt was forced into the module from compressing a caliper piston

Sorry. Not true.
I am not the first to have this problem.

Update. And its a weird one.

A thorough inspection of my calipers, pads, lines and rotors. All are good. I got my sister to run the peddle for me while i did a bleed. Now here's the weird part. I ran a 2 whole bottles of fluid through the whole system (basically till there was new fluid at each corner. ) All of em looked just a little darker than new except for the driver front. All of em good except that one. It was coke colored and burnt as far as i could tell and had quite a few bubbles. How does fluid only get cooked and contaminated on one corner?!
