Brakes grinding

When I first start the Jeep and let off the brake, either one or both of the rear wheels/brakes is making a grinding or crunching noise. Happens in reverse and forward and only happens when going really slow. Like a mile or two. Soon as I speed up and apply the brakes no noise. Jeep has 50,000 miles on it. Thinking maybe it's the brake pads?

I checked all the bolts under the rear end and everything seems tight.

Could be pads, rotor deformations, small debris between pad and rotor, rust on rotor from sitting.

Pads not changed in 50k miles? I'd check there first. Fronts especially. I've got 30k on mine and they're needing it real soon. My JKU wore out about this time, too.

When you check your pads. Check the e-brakes too.

I pretty much had the front ones wore out at 50,000 but to be honest mine squeak alot the rotors all need replaced cause they are glazed over super shiny. If I have them turned then they will probably warp. So I am gonna just get new upgraded rotary all way around. Went with Hawk front brakes and they were Super Duper Fantastic.
