Brighter Backup Lights

Anyone do any sort of connection so you can easily disconnect lights to remove the bumper? Sorry, electrical is not my thing. Would love to have them on in reverse AND to a switch but the pics and instructions here might as well be in Chinese to me lol Just gonna hook them off aux switch

I used a T harness from Curt that connects between the factory harness and the towing plug in the bumper. It gave me a Reverse line and a ground to connect the backup lights.
