Just a thought.

I have taken apart the center dash 5 times now... my aftermarket headunit had a bad wiring harness... installed rock cam, etc... long story will go in build thread...

Nothing broke. The first time I try to remove this designed to be removed part...

Anybody know who actually manufactures these tops?

Betcha that's not part of the top.......... it's more likely to be an interior piece made by MOPAR or contracted to be made with other interior plastic bits.

Makes sense. Its part of the top but the same materials as the rest of the cab so I buy that.

It's tough go get loose and not substantially made in any case for sure. I've not broken mine but it's not for lack of trying lol.
