Thanks for that info too. Ya know, after reading the kit contents for that readylift link, it says it comes with the rear stabilizer link and not the front. Wonder if they put them on the front instead of the rear.

So you figure I should maybe switch them around back to front and fronts to back then?
Edit: just took a look at the install instructions on that kit to confirm and it is saying replace the front links and reuse the rear. That causes some confusion on the kit contents vs the install instructions now
You move the rears to the front and put the new longer links on the rear (at least that's how most budget kits work). The rear links need to be longer than the front, as they are stock which is why stock rears work up front after the lift. Stock fronts are very short.
That's what I was thinking. Didn't know what was normal though. I put a winch and bumper on, guess it's heavier than it felt. How much distance should there normally be between the bump stop?
And... think a Mopar 2" coil would make up a bit for some of the sag?
I just went and measured the distance between the top of the axle housing to the bottom edge of the upper coil spring mount 'pocket' and got 12". Searching threads on I found a post saying that is a measurement on a stock Rubicon (JLU). Anyone know what a stock 80th anniversary would be (maybe a Sport S would be the same, I duno I'm new to the Jeeps here lol). Also took a quick measurement on that lower bump stop spacer and looks to be 2.5". The bump stop itself above doesn't look to be in super awesome condition either but that's another days issue after the problem is resolved.
Wondering now if a Mopar 2" coil would make a difference? And if that would be the best route and possibly reuse the current spacer if necessary after that to get the proper lift with the winch and bumper that it should have now.
