Canadian orders

I ordered a rubicon in May and still have not received a VIN. It is now pushed to a model year 23 and still no end in sight. Dealer says it’s just the way it is and I should be patient. Trying to gauge wether other Canadians are having issues or is my dealer full of crap and maybe doesn’t have the allotment?

Customer orders are not supposed to be subject to any allotment limitations. But it's Canada, so who knows...

I have started shopping other dealers to see if they can match my deal with inventory they currently have. I don’t know if there is a Canadian Jeep contact

Unless it is on the lot, it seems like you are going to be waiting around 12 weeks for a factory order. That was the case for me and others I talked to at the time.

I’m in Canada. I ordered Feb 2021 and it arrived August 8. They don’t build in order they get the orders - I didn’t get a vin until May 2021. I don’t have any idea how they determine when they will build. There are tons of people who ordered after me and received before.

I called this number and they are unable to track Canadian orders?

Jeep Canada doesn't seem to care. It is almost like they want us to go elsewhere after the sale is finalized. We used to be able to track the orders years back for JK's. Other than the dealership telling you the status code there isn't anything else I am aware of.
